There’s also an assortment of activities hosted by this park including biking, boating, camping, crabbing, nature programs, hiking, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, picnicking, surfing, swimming, and kayaking. At Wading Pines Resort, your family will be treated to many. Some guests come to this park to get married, some come to celebrate birthdays, and others for family reunions. There are full service campgrounds with electric, sewer, water, and showers. Douthat State Park has a total of 87 single family campsites and some have wonderful views of Douthat Lake. The campground in this park is a hotspot that is visited by thousands of individuals every year.
